What the Pragma Team does

We make the app: the daily fifteen-minute session, the three coaches, the Practice, the Journal and the Blueprint. We keep it running in six languages, by voice or chat, on each partner's own phone.

We also write the pages you read here. The feature pages show what each part of the app does. The guides answer the questions couples ask before they try an app. They also say when a human therapist is the better choice.

What we promise on these pages

  • Facts with their sources. Clinical facts and other apps' prices link to where they come from, inside the text.
  • Fair comparisons. Our guides say where other options fit better than Pragma.
  • Privacy first. What you say in Pragma is encrypted and is never shown to your partner.

A coach, not a clinician

We build software. We are not therapists. Pragma is an AI relationship coach, built on six well-studied methods. It does not diagnose or treat. If you face abuse, a crisis or risk of harm, please use the crisis resources.
