Pragma features · The Journal
A relationship journal, kept for you after every session.
A relationship journal helps you see how things change over time. In Pragma, the Journal fills in after each coaching session. Every entry has an AI summary, what surfaced and the full conversation.
In short
What is a relationship journal?
A relationship journal is a regular written record of your relationship. You note what happened, how you felt and what you want to try. Some couples share one, and others each keep their own.
The Journal in Pragma is the second kind. It is your own private record of your sessions, not a journal both partners write in. Your transcripts are never shown to your partner.
| Entries | One for each session, by voice or chat. |
|---|---|
| Each entry | The reflection, what surfaced and the conversation. |
| Memories | What the coach remembers, with dates. |
| Private | Not shown to your partner. |
| Your control | Delete an entry or clear your memories at any time. |
| Where | The Journal screen, on iPhone, Android and web. |
