Pragma features · The Blueprint
A relationship tracker app for your daily practice.
Most relationship tracker apps count the days you have been together. The Blueprint in Pragma tracks what you do for the relationship. It shows your sessions, your exercise days and the patterns that keep coming up.
In short
What is a relationship tracker?
A relationship tracker is an app that records something about your relationship over time. Some count days and anniversaries. Others track habits, moods or check-ins.
The Blueprint tracks the practice itself. It counts the sessions you finish and the exercise days you complete. An AI-generated read names the relationship patterns your conversations keep surfacing. It is a record of effort, not a relationship assessment or a diagnosis.
| Counts | Conversations, minutes together, average length and weeks of practice. |
|---|---|
| Follow-through | Exercise days done, and sessions where you discussed the exercise. |
| Patterns | The read: an AI-generated summary of recurring themes. |
| For two | A shared streak and Partner Activity, once you are paired. |
| Never shown | Your transcripts and raw words are never shown to your partner. |
| Where | The Blueprint screen, on iPhone, Android and web. |

When to get more help
What a relationship tracker can't tell you
Numbers show effort. They don't measure how healthy a relationship is.
Pragma is an AI relationship coach, not an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger, call your local emergency number. In the US, you can call or text 988. See crisis resources
The Blueprint does not
- Grade or score your relationship.
- Diagnose a problem.
- Show your partner your transcripts.
- Replace a talk with a licensed professional.
A long streak is a habit. It is not proof that everything is fine.
Honest answers
Relationship tracker app: common questions
What does a relationship tracker app track?
It depends on the app. Many count days together and anniversaries. The Blueprint in Pragma counts your coaching sessions, minutes and exercise days. It also summarizes the themes that keep coming up.
Is the Blueprint a relationship assessment tool?
No. It is a record of your practice, not a test or a diagnosis. The read is an AI-generated summary of your own sessions.
Can I use the Blueprint for a weekly relationship check-up?
Yes, as a check on your habits. Look at it once a week: sessions done, exercise days and the read. It is not a clinical check-up.
What can my partner see?
Once you are paired, Partner Activity shows your completed sessions, your streak and your exercise progress. It never shows your transcripts. Read the privacy policy.
Is the read written by AI?
Yes. It is generated from your sessions and labelled as AI-generated in the app. Treat it as a prompt for reflection, not a verdict.
Do I need my partner to use the relationship tracker?
No. You can start on your own and invite your partner later with an 8-character code. The shared streak appears once you are paired.
Does the Blueprint track my location or messages?
The Blueprint is built from what you do inside Pragma: your sessions and your exercise days. For the full list of data Pragma handles, read the privacy policy.
Is the Blueprint included in the free trial?
Yes. The 7-day free trial includes every feature, and so does every paid plan. After the trial, plans start at $9.99 a month per partner, billed yearly at $119.88. See full pricing.
